在伯斯吃過幾次Apple Strudels，一直對它印象深刻，可算是Apple Strudels的粉絲之ㄧ。

今日友人攜帶一條包裝精美的長盒子，很神秘地囑咐我說：這是件好東西，先冰到冰箱裡。

起初我還以為是美酒之類的伴手禮物，打開一看，哇~~真是一件極品~~伯斯最好吃的Apple Strudels，系出名門CORICA since 1957。 我要不是經過一個冬天，身材過胖連衣服都穿不下，真的很想一口接一口地吃光它！（唉呦~~為甚麼力行要減肥的當日或是隔日，總是有讓我破功之物！）

在伯斯，糕點迷都知道Corica，不只是一家非常有名的糕餅店，也是所有Apple Strudel 店之母。

它是Perth's gastronomic icons之ㄧ。 除了販售多樣continental strudels外，還有Italian cake，pastries。
